Base Salary Host requirement
1. Broadcasting requirements
- Qualified live broadcast cover, avatar and nickname，The cover photo needs to be decent in accordance with the Live cover rule.
- Put on makeup and keep a proper distance from the lens，look squarely into the camera and focus on the live.
- Prepare live broadcast support and fill light.
- Background music.（If you are communicating with the user, turn the music down or off.)
- Pay attention to the players in the live broadcast room and actively interact with the players.
- Great network conditions，no noise.
- Positive display of talent.

2. Other requirements
- from time to time to provide the official requirements of the [talent show or self-introduction] video sent to the bottom of the pay anchor group (dancing / singing / other talent).
- If you need to take leave under special circumstances, you need to explain the situation in the base pay anchor group, noting your LiLO id, time off, and reason for leave.
- Actively participate in the activities of LiLO platform, such as: PK, video activities.
Operations after becoming a base salary host
1. Join the Official Base Salary WhatsApp Group
- Provide your WhatsApp number
- All the information for Base Salary hosts will be updated in the WhatsApp group
- Our official assistant will be responsible for broadcast quality inspection and will be contacting you in the WhatsApp group
The reason of creating a group chat is only to communicate live quality conditions as well as publishing base salary host reward tasks.
We will arrange monitoring personnel to check the live broadcast quality of the base host one by one every week and screen recording.
Private chatting is not allowed among the members of the group chat, recruiting the hosts to a third-party platform, and slandering the platform will be permanently banned
2. Fill in the broadcasting schedule
- You MUST fill in the schedule of your recent live broadcasting in LiLO personal information, otherwise, you will NOT BE ABLE TO receive your salary.
3. Complete 24 hours of broadcasting weekly
The base salary hosts must complete 12 hours of live time weekly (open party not included). Only 6 hours will be counted daily.
Ⅰ. if you failed to complete 12 hours in a week, your salary will not be paid and you may get disqualified.
Ⅱ. If you are not able to complete 12 hours in a week for any reason, you must inform the official assistant in advance.
How to claim the salary
The host can receive corresponding rewards for completing each task
Cancellation of base salary host
- Broadcasting without makeup, does not show face (wearing masks), lying down or broadcasting on other platforms at the same time
- No interaction with audiences, turning off the mic for a long time, poor live conditions（poor internet connection, no background music, poor livestreaming environment, poor lighting, loud livestreaming noise）
- The host's boyfriend or husband (including voice) are not allowed to appear during the live.
- Chronic failure to broadcast a full hour or unexcused (unauthorized) absence from broadcasting
Depending on these situations, hosts will be reminded or directly disqualified from being a base Salary Host.Violations involving fraud and other offenses will be punished according to the severity of the offense.
